It is one of the best red peonies that has been introduced, and this bomb double flower represents a standard against which all other red varieties are measured. Petals are mounded high in the centre of the gigantic flower and have a fantastic gloss to them. Strong stems keep the flowers upright with ease. The bloom time of Red Charm heralds the arrival of mid-season and all  peony bloom times are recorded plus or minus relative to Red Charm’s bloom date. One flower per stem.
