Description: The photos pretty much tell the story here: this is as about as purple as peonies will get and the colour is rather sensational! Flowers are large with occassional white streaking through the petals which adds a splash of visual interest. Strong, rigid stems hold the flower upright under all conditions, as expected of an intersectional peony. Side buds extend the blooming period.
